The Pole Hill Road Group (PHRG) serves the greater Pole Hill community and is dedicated to maintaining safe and reliable access along County Road 18E (Pole Hill Road), the primary access route serving Saddle Notch Ranch, Quillen Gulch, and surrounding properties. The organization is governed by a nine-member volunteer board made up of residents from Saddle Notch Ranch, the Pole Hill Road Group, and Quillen Gulch, reflecting the shared responsibility for this critical roadway. PHRG is a registered Colorado nonprofit focused on coordinating maintenance, improvements, and long-term stewardship of this essential access corridor. The group holds an annual meeting each April and quarterly meetings throughout the year to coordinate ongoing priorities. Voluntary annual contributions of $350 are requested from each of the approximately 90 properties within the Pole Hill community to help support maintenance and ensure safe and reliable access for residents and emergency services.
