Saddle Notch is home to 40 private properties and is supported by the Saddle Notch Ranch Road Association (SNRRA), a cooperative group of property owners dedicated to maintaining safe and reliable access throughout the neighborhood. The association oversees the roadway areas of Lower Saddle Notch, Sawmill, Upper Saddle Notch, and Skinner Gulch, coordinating seasonal maintenance, improvements, and wildfire mitigation efforts. SNRRA is governed by a board of seven volunteer members elected annually each June at the association meeting. As a registered Colorado nonprofit organization, the SNRRA serves as a steward of the community’s shared road infrastructure. Annual association dues are $750 per property, which support ongoing maintenance, snow removal, and long-term road improvements that help preserve the safety and accessibility of the Saddle Notch Ranch community.
